Cavendish Manor Assisted Living
A beautiful two-story residence with 68 suites once known as the historic “Fallsview Public School.” Converted and reopened as a retirement residence in 1987, Cavendish Manor has been thriving as a friendly community of seniors ever since. Our residence is a traditional red-brick, two-story manor home with many windows for indoor natural lighting. There are spacious grounds with an outdoor area to enjoy, complete with a gazebo and serenity pond. Conveniently located within walking distance of shopping centres and city attractions, our residence is also on the city bus route, with a stop just outside the front steps.

All our staff at Cavendish Manor are highly dedicated to the individual health requirements of our residents. Everyone has a different set of needs and capabilities, which is why we are here to help assist, maintain, and support your health in every way we can. Our knowledgeable team will discuss your requirements before moving in, so we are prepared to cater to you when you arrive. As a part of the move-in process, all residents will complete a health and wellness assessment with our Director of Care and have a medical form completed by their family physician. It ensures we fully understand and know how to support your health and provide you with the best care possible.

When Paris Jalili took over ownership of Cavendish Manor in the summer of 2017, her main goal was to create a safe, healthy and happy environment for the residents.
With her background in Engineering, Finance and Management, she has made significant improvements in less than a few years, making Cavendish Manor the #1 Diamond Award Winner Retirement Residence in Niagara Falls for five consecutive years.
